War

as cloud become blasphemous lies
a tempest grows
and its power shows
a horrific scene is displayed
dipicting terror horror and dismay
the air is thick
i cant breathe it makes me sick
rivers of blood stain the earth
the world shudders with pains of birth
ashes fall to the ground
suddenly there is no sound
devastation raveges the land
heavy hearts so numerous like sand
a single cry speaks for them
where is our hope?
how can we cope?
was this part of a plan so demented?
or could this have been prevented? |
