I Am

I am the life that makes you a “who”
I am your fear, your joy, and your tears
I am he who realizes your fears
I am the thing that you call profane
I whisper in your ears of things you disdain
I am everything and nothing
I am all that is something
I am the thing that lurks in the dark
The evil longing to make its mark
You and I are one and the same
It’s not a coincidence we share the same name
Everything you think are my thoughts too
Why my dear, didn’t you know? I am you |
