Sorrowed Minds
written by gcgothichick

I read your words
and my tears splashed across the page
as i try to handle
all of this pain
but sometimes its just to hard
at this young of an age.

Why did you have to go
when things were downright low
even though you knew the sun would rise
if you just opened your eyes
so you could see
that you'd be
fine and there's no need
to commit suicide
and destroy everyone's lives.

There's always a better way
even when it seems there will never be
a bright new day
because things never stay
the same, they always change.

If you had only seen the darkness
that was going to be brought
so then maybe
we all wouldn't have
these depressing thoughts.
