Spring

Shining bright
Warming the Earth's cold surface
With its hot rays of light
The birds are singing
Whistling their melodic songs of joy
They sing the arrival of spring
As they fly on by
The butterfly dances
The ever graceful dancer
Flitting from left to right
Wings delicatey colored
Flowers in bloom
Nature's own extravagant art
Dazzling in color and scent so sweet
Petals so soft to the touch
Spring is a time of warmth
Singing and dancing
Enchanting beauty
A time of joy |
