gOLDFISH aka fUCKER (commmennnnt please)

He took me to the school carnival.
He said honey, I will get you.
I will get you a pet goldfish.
He played the dart game ten times.
Ten times twenty times.
And finally, he won me.
He won me a little bit.
A little bitty goldfish in a bowl.
He said honey what do you want?
What do you want to name him?
I said I will name him.
I will name him Fucker.
and I did.
And now, it's five years later.
Than six years after that.
And that Fucker still sits.
Fucker still sits on my dresser.
In his same glass bowl.
Though he has been dead
he has been dead
For 10 and a half years. |
