» Poem: Hayley
Hayley

Never have I seen
Such beautiful brown eyes;
Illuminating ones spirit
And watching as it flies.

These eyes complementary
To a beautiful-natured soul;
Opening up to everyone,
Making empty spaces whole.

Giving out her love
Which no one can return-
Because the kind of love she has
Is one you cannot learn.

Because of this unique love,
She’s a blessing to all she meets;
Showing them the care of God,
Keeping their lives upbeat.

Never have I known
Someone quite like her.
Because she knows the love of God
She’s always willing to defer.

This special angel sent from God
To distribute needed glee;
A blessing put on earth
Who goes by the name of Hayley.
