» Poem: Devil's Lips
Devil's Lips
written by FelinePrincess

How would it be
To Kiss those Devil’s Lips?
Would I be able to taste the colour Red?
Red – I can drown in that Vivid Colour
Red must be Salt
Like the Tear on your Lower Lip
That Acid Drop resembles the fresh Morning Dew
Of a Rose immersed in Blood
Red must taste like the Apple of Sodom

Maybe your Kiss would leave me Speechless
Trying to capture the fading aftertaste of your Butterfly Mouth
While a Peach coloured Blush would
Inflame my cheekbones
Set my Heart on fire
And leave my whole Being quivering

How would it be
To Touch those Devil’s Lips?
Would I be able to stroke my finger
Across a Mixture of Liquid Rubies and Roses?
Those Luscious Lips
Melted Cherry Blossoms covered with a layer of Sweet Venom
If only You knew how I craved them.
