» Poem: Outcast
Outcast

Rude is my foreign moira
Rejecting my words of despair,
My cries for help-
Now,there's no place within Gaia
For me.
My words had been rejected,
My decisions had not been accepted,
My honor had been broken by profanation,
My pride has been destroyed
My soul...is gone.

Cold is the lythany of this world
A darkened sainthood
Breaking the gates of the surreal,
Grasping for forgotten screams,
Grasping for our spirits
The few remaining lights left.

The Moon shined as I stood there
Her gentle smile had encouraged my remaining pride
For we don't have to hide-
Let our spirits shine.
The trees were dancing to the winds blow,
Their shadows melting into each other
Creating a strange shape
A confused hydra born of the shadows.

My chimaera of unknown was screaming,
The mockery was defeating
The reasons left within my spirit.
Still as I stood there between the rocks
I saw a sparkle,
A dignity of thoughts.
"One must survive..."
-but will we live the way
We meant?
The waters poured reflecting an ancient
Sadness;tears of a faraway spring ran
Under my feet.

From here I can see the kingdoms built upon stolen knowledge
Built by arrogant shades of old.
My exile induced their faces to grim
One word said it all:Leave!
Even now I see their future
Downfall,breakdown and death.
I don't care of what these people think of me,
All what they said were the shades of me
Visages that I created,
Persons that I imagined,
A fine masquerade ending with blasphemy.

My wounds cry for Purgetory,
My hands and mind are tainted by this mockery,
A forgotten reality,
A dancing,shallow symphony,
A dark sorcery.
They seeked to cease
My very existance
Diminishing my chances for resistance.

Now I see all of you!
You fools...
You are all blind,
You can't see the essence of life,
You can't see the game of the name,
Nor the play of this stage.
A falling star passed above me,
A star died-
The trees laughed,
The rocks moved,
The night was humming-
And as I looked into the water,
Into this silvery mirror
A face appeared
And the dream ended.
