Blindness For Your Perfection

Steady as ever my heart throbs from the loss it went through
You, an angelic mist, appear in my smothered mind
Behind your external Beauty, your closed eyes
Lies the promise of Love I’ve been searching for
But more than a glimpse of friendliness I will never notice in your glimmering oceans
Potions of mystical and secretive allure will never be the right solution
Pollution of heart and free will is my last wish for your divine being
Seeing You in the loving embrace of another is enough
Tough as it is for my bleeding heart
Part of me just wants You for my own selfish pleasures
Treasures taken from You and given back in return
Burn me with your abusive violet kiss
Bliss like I’ve never experienced before
Sore but still longing, more my gluttonous mouth would demand
Sinking sand equaling my resistance
The distance between the two of Us slowly fading away
Decay of your passion would still follow soon
Moon and Sun as well aren’t made for each other
Bother me still with your unnerving presence though
Vow to me that you’ll at least be a friend
Mend my torn emotions with your kindness
Blindness for your perfection will never bless me anyway. |
