Beauty Dances Alone

Dances to the music of the night
Twisting and turning she lives a lie
Not knowing that she fell from the light
Followed her heart to the devil’s court
Met a demon who stole her love-filled heart
Blinded by love not knowing the sort
Of creature who pulled her into the dark
Obsession grew where love used to dwell
Emotions sparked madness inside of her
As lust flamed, insanity did swell
Seeing made her blind to her own future
As she dances she becomes the night sky
Not knowing her dance helps her soul die |
