» Poem: Forgotten
Forgotten
written by intearsforever

We once were,
But now we stand apart,
Now All I have to say is I have this broken Heart.

I loved you so,
But seemed to have moved on,
So now I stand alone watching the time pass every so slow.

You have forgotten,
All about me,
Just like I was something rotten,
Just like You and I were never a 'We'

But I know we were,
I know that you just think of me as a blur,
But we were once in love,
Just like the perfect couple from above.

Times changed,
You left,
You left me here deranged.

Nothing I did,
Nothing I said,
Could get rid,
Of this unforgiving dread.

You forgot,
As I learned to never give my heart again,
That's what you taught.
