» Poem: Think Twice
Think Twice
written by Rogue
08:28 AM 4/21/05
She stays out
The night sky shouting with stars
Knowing it's wrong
Why does anything matter
She remains in her ways
Everyday I prayed
That she'd find the strength

Bitter people fill the bar
Ordering a drink she meets
A bunch of heartache ready to please
Putting on a show
For all to see
She struts her stuff
Thoughts of this might be wrong
Barely hanging on

His lies fly deep in her head
Doesn't realize he wanted
Dead or alive and soon she'll know why
Screams about to fill their ears
She doesn't know anything
