Blood

No longer listening to your meaningless insults
I am alone now
No long wanting to be abused in such a way
That I am sick now
Twisted and broken into tiny little pieces
And I am affraid now
Affraid that you took everything that was clean and whole
Affraid that you wanted too much, gave too little
Affraid that everything I have is now yours
Drenched in the blood that I spilled for you
I am scared
Scared to be everything I want and scared to walk away
I am left wanting
Wanting what I never had
And always wished I never knew
I am drenched in the blood
The blood of everything that was, and eveything that will never be again |
