The way I feel

I'm not so sure.
I used to be so damn insecure.
But when I'm with you I feel so complete,
So pure.
You make it seem as if I'm perfect.
And now I've come to a conclusion,
YOUR WORTH IT!
Even though my mom despises your past,
And tells me that we have no chance,
That we'll never last,
I stay with you.
And our love has grown to be so true.
So now I can let her know the way I feel about you.
I let her know,
Know that I don't give a damn
That she hates the way I am.
And the way I do more than just hold your hand.
The way she forbids our love,
And expects me to obey her every command.
But I decide not to,
Onlt cuz I've come to realize,
I love you
And there's absolutely nothing she can do
To stop a love that is so pure,
So ture. |
