» Poem: An Abusive Father
An Abusive Father
written by lifesux802

You beat me.
You hurt me.
I think you wanna kill me.
You hit me.
You kick me.
All I can do is cry.
You punch me.
You push me.
All I can do is shout out why?
You abuse me.
You give me bruses.
All I can think about is god why can't you help me.
You scream at me.
You yell at me.
All I can do is crawl in a corner and think about life.
People stare at me.
With all these bruses.
All i can do is not talk to anyone to not tell my secrets.
When I go to the doctors,
they ask me about my scars.
All I can do is stare at your scary face and say I don't know why.
Then they send me back to you.
To start all over again.
Someone please help me.
But then it occured to me all I can do is help myself.
