Poised on a rope entangled swing
A jaded breath redirects my eyes
A silent sound cases my cries
Startled, I spin
You embrace me; driven
Embellished smile
Into your chest
(I can drink your heartbeat.)
Whispering, fallen trees, crushed by will and barefeet
We dance through the black to the starless place
A wretch of a beauty
A wretch of a waste
Led by your hand
Wanting your face
We dance in the black with romantic Grace
You cover my eyes
And we'll sing together
In a desperate lunar stream
Desolate hearts devour everything. |

Some think I don't hate that I've written. Not Desolate's best, but the best that isn't pedophiliac.
I'm not into it...it just fascinates me and I DON'T want my first poem to render me disturbed.
For the moment, anyway.
To me, this is about...yes...damn you...love...I never write this sort of thing, but I'm sure the Hex could do without another "i hate the werld I wunna fucC1n DYE"
Or something tragic like that.
