Elegy of a Teenage Death Girl
written by miscarlet12:26 AM 8/10/04Once there was a girl who was divine
Beyond all imagination.
Her sight; so black,
Her vision was entranced in a tinted haze.
Her mind; so white,
Could not help but to love the darkened days.
She lingered as an essence of clove,
And her scent devoured all who know.
She, a dancer.
She flittered through the years.
Eloquence wrung by despair and selfless tears.
She wrote of a supposed lie.
One you discover when you die.
And she was always smiling.
A jagged cross she always bared.
She always wept for the world's despair.
Divine beyond all imagination.
A fragile heart imbrued with salvation.
Beauty yet unmeasured in darkest song.
Yet she was desperately unsung.
Alone.
Undone.
And she hides.
She cries.
Embraced by blood-stained leaves.
Crimson brightened by blackened trees.
Trees rising within a gray-lit haze.
Darkness walking through all days.
She is alone.
She will always be unwanted.
Requiem. |

In life, this girl was beautiful. I love her. She was intelligent, gothic, and Christian. The world couldn't accept it. They killed her. They killed her for her perfection was inconceivable.

I'm not sure if,in my mind, your explanation goes with the poem, but still I enjoyed. |
