petal
written by devil-dick01:34 AM 8/12/04have a rose, have a bud.
take some soil, call it sod.
water it daily, watch it grow.
a rose bush is the end you know.
you see the roses, so deep, and so red.
a flower's petals, are your luxurious bed.
a dream of silky skin, the roses make you whole.
the petals stored fresh, kept in a bowl.
you snip the stem, but plant some more.
at this rate, petals cover the floor. |
