Sick Of This Shit

This whole relationship, built in the sand with lies.
Something that would never last.
Something that would come to pass.
And everything happened so fast.
Those words, I wasn't supposed to hear.
All the things you said, built up my fears.
We wouldn't go on forever.
We couldn't keep it together.
We shouldn't say never.
(Chorus):
Everytime I waited around,
Is that my fault?
Everytime wasted, breaking me down,
Is that your fault?
You told me I was wrong,
when I was right.
I tried to be strong,
But found myself falling apart.
Those emotions, I wasn't supposed to feel.
Everything I felt, it was never real.
I think you liked it, when I was confused.
I think you enjoyed when you could leave a bruise.
And I'm waiting for the day when you feel what it's
like to be used.
This heart, broken into two.
This mind, worn out in time from you.
I thought I'd make it through it all.
But still you came to call.
And you watched me fall.
(Repeat Chorus)
The hurt you have caused,
You did it without flaw.
I was your main attraction,
For you to get some satisfaction.
The damage is done,
But still you haven't won.
You play this stupid game,
You know I think it's lame.
Every lie you spoke,
How have you become so known?
Everything you do,
Is only new to you.
All the things you said,
They're just in your head.
Those words, you could never mean,
Cause all you do now is scream.
I've been waiting for the something to happen,
You ask why I'm laughing.
I tell you cause I'm insane,
Waiting around for you to give me more pain.
My better half,
Told me to get away from this crap.
I didn't listen,
You made the decision.
Just because I slit my wrists,
Then ya told me you were sick of my shit. |
