no name

his hair is dark and eyes are blue
his eyes come my way
but ever through me does he stare.
i'v never seen him hold a gaze
not a single lock
but when i see him in my mind
our eyes stay steady as a rock
i feel his presence linger near
i feel his breath soft hot
his hands touch mine in hopeful swings
but then i wake and no bird sings |
