» Poem: You don't wanna stay
You don't wanna stay
written by whatShouldUsBe
06:06 PM 8/18/04
Looking into your eyes,
pretending the world's a happy place,
not noticing your lies,
but am I the only one looking into your hollow face,
Am I the only one who sees,
how different you became,
am I the only one who belives,
you're just not the same,
I wish I could tell you that I don't care,
but that wouldn't be true,
I can't stand that you're not there,
is there anything I can do,
I want to ask what happened,
that week you were away,
now that you've come back,
I can tell you don't wanna stay.
