Let me wake up*
written by Trapezium08:46 AM 8/20/04Please wake up from this nightmare,
Open eyes and nothing's there,
No more cold and green stares,
Train of thought repairs.
Razorblade love must disappear,
Fading darkness consumed in fear,
Faces are gone never near,
And finally living throughout the year.
Cuts and scars aren't on wrist,
Broken knucles aren't in fist,
There's now no mindless mist,
And there's no depression so pissed.
Finally alive doing as pleases,
Feeling the air and the warm soft breezes,
Brushing across his arms that are sleeveless,
Doesn't have to hide something that doesn't exist. |

I just want to wake up and find that this is all a long dream... how cliche! [ View Trapezium's Profile ] [ Go to the Poetry Portal ] This Poem has been viewed 441 times
