Arsenic and pistols
And freshly honed axes,
Bags made of plastic
And fragmented glasses,
Long lines of rope
From which someone could swing,

Electrical outlets that
Give more than twinges,
Deep pools of water
And train rails that sing,

Oh, when the dogs yip,
