Goodbye Happiness

Its so hard, but I see right through
Goodbye to all Ive had to make-do
I havent been able to breakthrough
Goodbye life I just conformed
I have performed
Goodbye to all Ive transformed
Thanks to all the friends Ive formed
Goodbye everyone I trusted so well
Now all I know is a living hell
Goodbye to this love spell
I will be locked away in a lonely cell
Goodbye love that never came around
By this world I have been confound
Goodbye hope that has yet to be found
By these walls I am now bound
Goodbye dreams I have yet to dream
I wish I had taken to the extreme
Goodbye to all that is not what it seems
Now all I have left is a low self esteem
Goodbye to the light that kept me sane
I need the scars that cause me pain
Goodbye to all I retain
I stand alone in the pouring rain
Goodbye to all that was tame
I hide my face in unbearable shame
Goodbye to all I became
For in this life I shall be lame
Goodbye to my thoughts of suicide
As for they are now at my bedside
Goodbye to the tears Ive dried
For they will all be once again cried
Goodbye to all that kept me secure
Hello to all the unknown, obscure
Goodbye to everything mature
For this life I must endure
Goodbye to the joyful memories
Ill miss the quiet ocean breeze
Goodbye to the posies
Ive been captivated by this disease
Goodbye to this warm home
Out into this world, I leave alone
Goodbye everything I have ever known
Cold is how Ill live until my tombstone |
