Too Late

from blackened eyes
frozen over from
the sadness deep within.
don't look in
all you will see is coldness,
if you look deeper
you will see nothingness.
in this body there
was once a heart
that longed to
love and be loved.
now it is frozen
in despair with
hate that burns inside.
feelings never bloom
hate is always risin.
don't bother saving me now
it's already too late. |
