Darkest Days

All I lock on the inside
Your my lover, hater
And always my instigater
You have driven me under
And split my life asunder
Always living in grim repast
You showed me the way back at last
I was hideous, so I assumed
You said I was just confused
A friend like you felt so unreal
Someone that showed me how to feel
I can look deep into your eyes
Seeing the blindness to others that lets you see
You are always the lighted ways
Clearing even my darkest days |
