» Poem: Body Cold
Body Cold
written by Morbid Angel
08:27 PM 9/10/04
Let these emotions fall,
Crashing into me,
Burn my lifeless body,
Throw my ashes to the sea,
Let the waves rip my soul,
And eat away my mind,
Tear my heart to pieces,
My thoughts you'll never find,
You'll never know my secrets,
I'll keep them all inside,
So forget my life existed,
Leave my rotting body behind.
There will never be a cure,
For this endless pain I hold,
Never remember memories before,
You saw my body cold

I hope I don't see your body cold! It's a really beautiful (and disturbing) poem though... keep them coming
