» Poem: Where is my big sister now?
Where is my big sister now?
written by Open_Until_4Am

I know it wrong
Can you blame me
I never got to know you
You never got to know me
We're sisters please tell me just how this can be
Your all growing up
I'm still just a kid
You married
I'm crushing
We live worlds apart but still in the same town
I used to wonder if you liked having me around
Your friends were kewl
I was just some lame little kid
I wanted to be just like you
Until I realized I don't who you are
You tell me you don't get me
Or anything that runs through my head
I just wanted it to be better
We never got the chance to fix all that we done wrong
Things always seemed better when we were singing those songs on the radio in your car driving down the road
Now I'm wondering even more
Your a mommy
and I'm just coming out in to the real world
You were supposed to help me understand things
But now you can't and never will
Because you time is spent somewhere else
I'm sorry that I'm saying this now
All I wanted was a big sister to be around
