Shadow Stalker

I try to make a prayer
To make this shadow stalker disappear
Glass in my feet
I still try to cross the street
Still holding onto my prayer
Blood gushing from my nose
As red as a rose
I wish I could repose
Shaking from fear
Knowing the shadow stalker is here
I can feel it whispering in my ear
Cold from the rain
The Shadow stalker bound me with a chain
A chain of fear
I fall over with the strain
I feel it's shadow on me
I look up and scream
Life falling away from me
Looking into the eyes of my murderer
I see myself. |
