A death to remember
written by The grey raven08:34 PM 10/4/04One day when I came home from school
It had been an awful day
I wanted to just end it all
There was only one way
I took 30 asparins
I puked them all back up
I slit my wrists to no success
I held my eyes tight shut
Death was not easy to approach
Until it crossed my mind
What if I drowned myself
In a place I'd be easy to find
I made a noose out of rope
and tied it to a pier
All I had left now was hope
That death would soon take me
I put the noose over my head
Fastened it tightly round my neck
I took a dive off the pier
Without looking to check
Who was watching my suicide
A woman had just seen me jump
She quickly grabbed a hold of my noose
And tried to pull me back up
I was left just hanging there
A trickle of blood from my mouth
She had tried my life to save
But it was her who ended it |
