Misunderstood that u were gone

Threw you away somewhere far
I thought you were gone for good
I guess i misunderstood
Seeing you stand there
Just didnt seem fair
You started making me cry all over again
The tears you thought tasted like champagne
Hammering me down in the square
Facing me with your glare
Engraving me with scars
Caging me with bars
You laugh
On everyone's behalf
You let people join your game
Giving me painful fame
Paying me back for what i thought was lost
On such a dear cost
Enjoying these tears
With all your peers
Just because i misunderstood that you were finally gone. |
