It all started at age thirteen,
When we would laugh and cry together,
But then you turned grim on me,
We said friends forever,
It never lasted how long we wished,
Even though we wanted it so bad,
But then it was my crush you kissed,
This pain tore at me and made me sad.
I grew with hate and despair,
You still betray me and see the hurt in my eyes,
My broken heart will never be mended that you can never repair,
Hate, torture, irritation, and lies.
I met you today, in this dreary old cabin,
You talked on and on about your fiance,
Who was my childhood crush,
These things hurt and how could they happen?
I became enraged and pulled a shotgun,
Your eyes filled with terror and shock,
It was too late for you now, too late to run,
To knock you out I hit you with a rock.
When you awoke I was sitting over you with the gun cocked back,
When my heart had left my soul alone,
This life you now lack,
I stayed quiet but I heard your voice's tone.
"No, please..." You said,
But I said, "Sorry, death to you my dear."
And shot you in the head. |
