» Poem: Suffer
Suffer
written by Morbid Angel
06:22 PM 10/11/04
I break away from your cold hand,
Running through the dark,
How dare you try to follow me,
Are you asking to die?

This is a curse that beholds me,
Beware the time I come unleashed,
Sit upon your throne,
Remember my words,
Feel my hate rise

Hiding from the light,
It's my turn to hurt you now,
I've lost my nerve,
But I have evil on my side,
This will be your misery,
I will not be affected as I hear your words,
No you don't love me,
I will now give back what you gave me,
Give you back your pain

And I hope you suffer.
