Needle
written by Mars_Phoenix07:26 PM 10/11/04And here Iam.
I made it out for this one night only,
With my friends we drink we laugh we cry,
And in she walks at the perfect moment and I die,
Why does she have to show her face to me?
Whenever I look at her I can't forget those eyes
That lied to me and used me so bad,
But I still feel for her and i'm pathetic,
Im a joke,
Im going against everything I always said I wasnt,
I'm not as strong as you all think,
Its just a mask that I wear in the cold light of day,
So my friends can depend on me cause they think
'Fraser is the strong one,
He is always looking on the bright side,
He is always doing the crazy things.'
Maybe its because im the scared one
With the self-esteem problem
And all the things I say and do is a cry for help,
For my friends to drink with me and have good times,
And for the girl to hold my hand and rest her head on my shoulder.
Im a walking heartache,
The stiches which hold me have burst,
But I'll be OK,
Cause I know tomorrow she'll walk in,
And this new face will be the needle and thread,
To mend what was torn. |
