Devils Touch (Not about the devil)
written by Lovely_Suicide06:51 AM 10/12/04Everytime i try to smooth the creases
And try to fix the pieces
It all turn's into one big game
With no one to blame
Everytime i try to fly i just fall right back down on my feet
My broken wings covering me like a sheet
Broken bloody feathers laying on the ground
Falling all around
Everytime i try to see the light
I just end up in a fight
It's like horns growing out my head
Telling me i should of been dead
Everytime i try to ignore this darkness
It just falls into blackness
Fire growing around me
I echo a plea
I hold the devil's touch
Tight in my unwilling clutch
Everything i do i end up screwing up
Breaking everything in sight like the cup
I won't be freed
Just destined to bleed
From broken wings
Being held by fraying strings
In my hand i hold the devil's touch. |
