» Poem: Everyday
Everyday
written by Lovely_Suicide
08:44 AM 10/13/04
Everyday i run to hide
Everyday i wanna play
But instead hide beneath a blanket of dried up tears
Block it all out with a bloody pillow
Threw it i'll still hear the laughter
Still hear the voices

Everyday i try and fail
Everyday i realize i'm frail
Tried to rest my problems on weakend shoulders
Just ended up breaking my back
Walking on crutches
Along the broken paths

Everyday i see the faces
Everyday i know their lying
Try to shut my eyes make them disappear
Keep trying to believe it will soon be over
That the lies will soon be faded
And i'll never have to listen to them again

Everyday i know i'm dying
Everyday i know the end is drawing closer
Blades seeing them run over my white wrist
Smell death's grave
End will come and go
Everyone will ignore it
But why should i care that's the reason i'm gone....
