Tear Me Up

And pull floorboards apart with our hands,
Smash these windows and let the world look in,
I'll punch this mirror that hurts you so,
Crunch the glass into my hands
This reflection of the past will hurt you no longer.
Empty my mind with your curiousity,
Good intentions and entangled bodies,
With every kiss I see you,
I see you see me,
And with every wave
I crash against the rocks,
Lying on a bed in the midst of a storm,
Tear me up baby,
Tear me up. |
