Pop sucks
written by Genocide Reaper07:33 PM 11/10/04Buried in the snow you are blind, left on the stage to rot no where to hide. Nothing to preform. Seek shelter, here comes the storm. Corporate casultys of the casual social order called conduct of MTV products. That which is Pop is shit that can't make it to the top without millions of morons screaming like drowning rats. Plauge of Pop shows, Plauge of Pop music, it all sucks dick. Its all a bunch of bullshit. Blasphemy to artistic expression, it stands agaisnt that which should be a meaningful lesson. Evil industrys that cower like a Mouse cornered by the tom cat. Lock the children in a tomb, show them their errors, and bring the doom. Fill the air waves with truth, let it loom. American Idol is painful, American idol is a big shit pile. Compost heap fleet of singers with nothing good to say. Mainstream, must be a main-river of Piss. MTV the sewer of TV, evil Icons called popstars need to be brutally torn apart. Brainwashing children with homosexual antics and ass sucking music. Talentless fools with tasteless rules. |

I can't stand MTV.. They barely played Metal, and they repressed the Metal videos they did play. And all of these corporate dick licks Lie.. I don't think that many people really like this condensed bullshit they pass off as Music and art. Most of those people can't write their own lyrics and music...so what are they? ACTORS! Not Artist! And bad actors at that. [ View Genocide Reaper's Profile ] [ Go to the Poetry Portal ] This Poem has been viewed 401 times

I agree completely. Last line's very true. Pop isn't music, it's choreography. Choreography isn't dancing, it's acting. Pop stars have no talent, it's all voiceovers, nothing comes from the heart, from the soul. Lyrics are other's doings, you can't sing a song if you can't relate. So many pop "bands/singers" are using the same phrases aswell. If something is really popular, other's will "catch on" (really it's just blatantly stealing made to sound good) and steal it. Kill them, kill them all! |
