Scared To Say I Love You
written by Morbid Angel11:48 PM 11/13/04| I only hung up because I didn't want you to hear me crying over the words you're saying, telling me you love me and that I'm your everything. Six months ago you were saying you hated me and I let you listen to me cry, but you used it against me so I won't make the same mistake twice, even though you're now claiming that you've changed your mind. I'm crying because I'm scared that you're just saying it out of sympathy, that you're not really feeling what you claim to feel for me. But today something changed, I listened to what you had to say. You made a promise that you swore to never break, and I know you wouldn't lie because what would you gain? I said I love you too and I mean it, I really do, you are my perfection in every single thought, my heart used to float but now it has been caught. Guess who by? It starts with a C and somewhere in theres an I, and because of this person I have learnt to fly, I won't hang up because I trust you to hear me cry, I trust you with my heart and I trust you with my life. I will share my everything and whats yours will now be mine. Everything about me will be open for you to murder, to love or to bury, it's up to you if our love will take us futher. |
