Absent Presence
written by fuzzypunkhat09:02 PM 11/17/04Your face it haunts me at night,
And your voice it sends me into fright,
Your presence is still there in my room,
Walk in to see a faded image every afternoon,
Why, why, leave me and then just haunt me for something I did not do,
Is this your revenge or are you just saying that I love you?
And we might never be through...
I will spend my life with your spirit because I want to. |
