Wicked Rose
written by Genocide Reaper02:18 AM 11/21/04| A flower grows alone, coated over with frost, misty morning has come, leaving everyone blue. The surrounding Garden is dead, nothing but dieing plants, and dried up twigs. All flowers, and life wilted, just the one flower left alone, almost like it was specially quilted. Sunlight no where in sight, clouds cover the sky, gray ash falls from the eyes above. Is this lone flower, this frozen rose a symbol of love? Iceing over, your attention it will capture, the thorny base, and vines beneath, with wrap around your skin, pull you in, make you bleed, this plant, it will eat your soul, and upon your life is shall feed. Freeze to the bone, as you stand upon the cobble stone. Over looking its beauty, a warning emits inside of your mind, yet you ignore it, seek out the curisoity, and reach for the flower, as if there is something hidden you are trying to find. Caught off guard, your life is scarred, the flower devours you and your love, leaving you breatheing blue, alone and cold, this is bitter, this is true. Love has bitten you like a coiled snake hidden in the leaves of time. The only thing you hear now, is one last line. The Flower of the Wicked, so evily Divine. |
