» Poem: Always Like This
Always Like This
written by lost_and_forgotten

I see you walking down the hall
And my heart skips twenty-five beats
And then you smile while looking my way
I'll love you forever my sweets

We near eachother with every step
I have butterflies all in my tummy
And then you lick your strawberry lips
Boy I bet they taste yummy

Your arms open up for a warm embrace
And I grin because it's for me
Then you brush right past me without a hello
So I turn and what do I see?

Your arms wrapped around some girl I don't know
A girl that I want to be
Then you both close your eyes and your lips entwine
I wish I was part of this beauty...
