» Poem: Reflection
Reflection
written by trulybroken57
07:07 AM 11/27/04
I look in the mirror
And all I see
Is an empty reflection
For I have left
That shell
I once called home
I had to say goodbye
Goodbye to what
I used to be,
A lost, lonely figure,
Wandering in the dark,
I'm slowly finding my way
Many wrong turns
Have landed me pain and suffering
But maybe now
Maybe now I've found
A reflection that I like
