It's been three days since she's last eaten
Got raped
Blood on the drapes
Cries herself to sleep
No one has time to listen to what she needs Pregnant at seventeen, but only by rape
No matter where she goes, she never feels safe Always scared of men
She has been since she was ten
Has a baby, no where to go
Sleeps on the streets, even in the snow
People dedicate money, usually a couple of dollars Some make fun of her while others holler
Gives the baby to family services
Starts thinking about her life, she doesn't deserve it
She thinks about how to do it
Wondering if she can go through with it
Crying inside, crying silent tears
All of her life she's been around what she fears Runs infront of a fast moving truck
Gets hit and instantly dies, what unfortunate luck Wouldn't have happened if she wouldn't have gotten raped
Wouldn't have gotten pregnant if blood weren't on the drapes |
