Night I Lost My Mind

My minds overfilling like the lies that flood the world, tearing myself apart as the truth still remains untold. It's like someone turned the volume up of the voice inside my mind, it's talking even louder but the words are harder to define. Lieing awake in this empty silence as my thought run away with time, a minute feels like an hour and the darkness leaves me blind. My body keeps shaking but I'm sweating so uncold, waiting for an answer as the truth begins to unfold. The colour is drained from my eyes and they begin to loose their blue, I hope you're feeling guilty because these tears fall for you. Being awake for hours isn't helping me understand, eyes start to close as I drift away to dreamland. But there my problems face me and I approach you in my dream, begging for the answer but you just stare back at me. I'm scared of what you're feeling but I've known all night long, I can't judge your feelings from the empty words of a song. It could mean everything yet nothing much at all, my emotions keep shifting but I'm not sure where they fall. I think I know what you're saying but I'm not sure if I'm wrong or right, I won't find out anything from you...the night I lost my mind.
