» Poem: My Question
My Question
written by xxxvampire_loverxxx

You say I ignored you
When, really, I adored you
I just didn't want to get hurt
So I wondered how it would work
I asked you a simple question
It wasn't a suggestion

I wasn't trying to ignore you
And I continued to adore you
I didn't want to get hurt
I wondered how it would work
I asked a simple question
It wasn't a suggestion

I tried to ignore you
So that I didn't over-adore you
I figured that I'd get hurt
So I questioned how it would work
I asked a simple question
And you took it as a suggestion
