When I'm With You (a love poem)

Suddenly everything
Is ok.
You make me feel
Like I'm wanted.
Without you
I am nothing,
Like an angel
With broken wings.
But in your arms
I feel like
I can soar
Away from all my problems.
When I'm with you
I can be myself
And you don't care
When I say
Something stupid.
With you I feel
Like I'm whole,
I'll never be
Lonely again.
I am so
Lucky to have
You in my life,
A flicker of light
In all this darkness.
When I'm with you
I am calmed
And I am
Truly happy |
