We want it and we know just what we need

Oh I want it, but you don't know what I need.
So I'll walk away with the flame in my heart.
I'll cry tonight knowing everything was wrong.
So you'll see me and won't say anything at all.
We made this something we didn't know.
Now you don't even look my way.
But when we're face to face I can tell.
That you miss me as well as I miss you.
So why don't we go back.
I want things to be right with you and me.
You were made for me.
I was nothing, but something you didn't see.
I'm quite, As I look to you with hurt.
Oh you want it, and I know just you need.
I'll give you me plus the world around.
I don't care if I fall, as long as you catch me.
But when we're face to face I can tell.
That you miss me as well as I miss you.
So why don't we go back.
I want things to be right with you and me.
We're both quite, as I hold you close to me.
We both want it, and we know just what me need.
This is how you and me were meant to be. |
