» Poem: The Gentle Tug
The Gentle Tug
written by blackened_rose

My breathe is taken
For I did jump
My life is forsaken
As here I hang
Breathe slipping away
And never to begin
Just like the next day
Here ends my soul
My face blood red
And my hands grow cold
For then it spreads
Over me so slow
Life is ending
But a new one begins
For I'm tired of spending
Life in sins
I walk a lonely path no more
For death serves me better
And life is no more
For me it ends here
Now I'm gone
And never to be back
Just another whipsered song
That is forgotten
For pain is now over
And a new place in sight
For the light it did now cover
By eyes so bright
Fare thee well
My gentle friends
For here I fell
And forever decend
