He's Still Here
written by sarah1008701:27 PM 12/26/04Though his presence is missed
And his face is a metaphysic,
an intangible vision, kissed.
My castle is still autocratic.
He rules what I own, me,
His abrasive hands bring power
He, the leader, I live in jealousy
I'm mearly a maid in a tower.
I have no control, I'm a shadow
Of who I used to be, aberrant
In the swamps is where i wallow
Your still the same, mordant
Though this may seem patriachal
Where I am a stereotypical maid
You have to look at it as a chronicle
Feminists have become consummate
(I never liked the fuckers anyway)
This is why HE rules this day
And he always will,
Against my will,
yet i remain submissive. I allow this.
Despite his despotic rule, i'd die for 1 kiss.
I live for this moment.
I die for this moment. |
